Terms of Use

1. Who we are

hubprod is a service operated from Portugal by the owner of the hubprod brand ("we"). To contact us, please use the contact form on the home page (hubprod.com/#ideias).

2. The service

hubprod is a platform of productivity applications that run in the browser, such as tools for television and event production, sport and work organisation. The data you create in the applications is saved to your account.

Some features rely on third-party services, such as artificial intelligence or automatic translation, described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Beta phase

hubprod is in beta, with access by invitation and, at this stage, free of charge. During the beta:

  • features may change, be suspended or end without notice;
  • errors, outages or data loss may occur; we recommend you export or keep a copy of important work;
  • access may be withdrawn at any time, in particular if these terms are not respected.

If paid plans are introduced in the future, they will be clearly presented before any charge and never applied without your acceptance.

4. Account and access

You sign in with your email and a code sent by email. Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for all use made from your account.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • copy, download, extract, decompile, modify or attempt to obtain the code of the applications or the website, except to the extent expressly permitted by law;
  • resell, sublicense, make available to third parties or build competing products from hubprod;
  • share your account, circumvent technical or usage limits, or access other users’ data;
  • use hubprod for unlawful purposes, to send spam or to collect third-party data without a legal basis;
  • overload or attempt to compromise the security of the platform.

6. Intellectual property

The hubprod brand, logo, website, applications, their code, design, texts and other content belong to the owner of hubprod and are protected by copyright and industrial property rights. Using hubprod does not transfer any rights to you, only a personal, limited and revocable permission to use it as described here.

7. Your content

The data and content you create or upload remain yours. You only authorise us to store, process and display them as needed to provide the service.

You are responsible for your content and for having the right to use it. If you enter personal data of third parties (for example your crew’s or clients’ contacts), you are the controller of that processing towards those people, and hubprod acts only as a service provider on your behalf.

8. Public pages

Some applications let you create public pages (for example an availability page). What you publish there is visible to anyone with the link. Do not publish confidential information or unlawful or offensive content; we may disable pages that do.

9. Artificial intelligence

Results generated by artificial intelligence may contain errors or omissions. Check them before use, especially in technical, contractual or safety decisions. Do not upload documents you are not authorised to share.

10. Beta confidentiality

During the beta, unreleased applications and features are confidential. Please do not disclose them publicly, copy them or show them to third parties outside normal use in your work, without permission.

11. Availability and liability

hubprod is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best for it to work well, but we do not guarantee that it is always available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost profits or losses resulting from the use of or inability to use hubprod. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

12. Ending use

You may stop using hubprod and request deletion of your account at any time through the contact form on the home page (hubprod.com/#ideias). We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or the service ends; whenever possible, we will give advance notice so that you can save your data.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date of the last update appears at the end of this page. If changes are significant, we will notify you on the website or by email.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules, disputes are settled by the courts of Porto, Portugal.

Consumers may use an alternative dispute resolution entity; the list is available at www.consumidor.gov.pt.
